Privacy Policy refers to guidelines on protecting the user’s valuable personal information which is required to comply with, to ensure that users use its services with confidence, and NodajiFi (‘NodajiFi’) DO NOT USE the user’s personal information and actively guarantees the user’s right (the right to control one’s own personal information). NodajiFi complies with applicable laws, personal information protection regulations and guidelines of the Republic of Korea, information communication service providers must obey which.
This Privacy Policy applies to a NODAJI Service (‘NodajiFi’ or ‘the Service’) as a mobile app service by solving problems and predicting future events.
Collection of Personal Information
NodajiFi ONLY COLLECTS user’s email address for providing authentication services. Thus, it does not demand procedures when a user signs up for the Service or while the user uses the Service. Only PIN code information is temporarily stored on the smartphone and when a user deletes the app, then all the personal information is purged from the smartphone.
Use of Personal Information
Number of problems and prediction results are only stored in our server and these information is only used for maintaining number of tokens, and external drain can not use or exploit it.
Provision of Personal Information
NodajiFi DO NOT PROVIDE personal information to any third party because we are not collecting the user’s personal information.
Destruction of Personal Information
The user’s personal information temporarily stored on the smartphone is to be destroyed immediately once the user deletes the app from the smartphone.

We commit NodajiFi to protecting the user’s rights and it complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the domestic laws of each member’s country.
2. Amendment to the Privacy Policy
NodajiFi may amend its Privacy Policy to reflect any legal or service changes. eureka labs shall notify such amendment in advance, and the amended Privacy Policy shall take effect seven (7) days after the foregoing notification.
